Terms of Sale

• The Customer can access the Event Venue if equipped with a valid Access Pass purchased through the event website. The access badge will be issued by ClickutilityTeam, as organizer, at the event reception, upon presentation of the payment receipt.
• Any duplication of the ticket is strictly prohibited.
• The Access Pass cannot be sold by the Customer
• ClickutilityTeam, as organizer, may at any time cancel the Access Pass where problems arise regarding the actual payment by the Customer of the Access Pass.
• ClickutilityTeam, as Organizer, undertakes to fully refund the ticket should the event be canceled or reduced at the request of the authorities responsible for the protection of public order and safety according to the anti Covid-19 regulations. In this case, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the Total Amount of the ticket paid, excluding all ancillary costs for the purchase of the entry pass to the event (such as transport and accommodation costs).
• ClickutilityTeam cannot be held responsible if failure to attend the event is attributable to any cause not dependent on the organizer, such as the participant’s illness, under penalty of total loss of the access pass.
